There are 5 bedrooms, including 2 master suites a double and 2 twin rooms, 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite) a downstairs toilet, lounge, dining room, fully fitted kitchen, cable television and games room. There is also a Private swimming pool and jucuzzi. The house is also fitted with an alarm system and a pin coded lock box for the villa keys.

The gated community at Tuscan Hills is located in Davenport on highway 27, close to highway 192, and only minutes away from interstate 4. This gives you access to all the main travelling routes into Florida, with Orlando and Sanford Airports just 30 and 60 minutes away. Walt Disney World and a host of shops, restaurants, and other attractions are less than a 15 minute drive away.

For those of you who enjoy a game of Golf, there are 2 golf courses within a 5 minute drive, which include the newly completed Champions Gate and the Leadbetter school of Golf, plus many more within a 20 mile radius.

For those of you who do not want to go to the parks the fantastic Lake Louisa is a 10 minute drive and has lots to offer including many nature trails. Boggy Creek is 20 minutes drive where you can enjoy an airboat trip to see the aligators.
