1. All bookings and enquiries must be made on the booking form supplied.
   
   
2. A Provisional Bookings must be made by email or by telephone, and will be held for a maximum of seven days
   
   
3. All bookings must be made on the booking forms provided and be sent along with the required deposit of £100 / $150 per week. Your booking will be confirmed to you in writing.  Once the booking is confirmed the deposit will be non-refundable. The deposit will be deducted from your total balance. We will not guarantee to hold any dates until your deposit is paid therefore please do not make any travel arrangements before you receive our confirmation.
   
4. Your total balance will be payable 2 months prior to your first arrival day. Pool heating charges will also be payable at this time. If payment is not received by the due date we reserve the right to cancel your booking with no refund.
   
   
5. We will send you a reminder I week before your balance is due.
   
   
6. In the event of cancellations we reserve the right to apply the following charges;
   i) One to two months prior to your booking 50%  of the full rental cost.
   ii) Less than one month 100% of the full rental cost.
   
   
7. Check in time is 3pm or later on the day of arrival. Check out time is 10am on the day of departure date. Early arrival or late departure times are available subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
   
   
8. A security bond of £100/$150 will be required with the final balance. This will be refundable subject to a satisfactory status report by our Management Company and the safe return of the keys. In the event of any damage to the property caused by the party on the agreement we will look to those persons for full reimbursement of the outstanding amount within 14 days.
