Tuscan Hills is situated on highway 27, a 1 minute drive from the 192.  The location is perfect if you are here to enjoy the theme parks. Disney World is a 15 minute drive with SeaWorld, Downtown Disney and Universal between 30 minutes and 45 minutes.

There is very easy access to the 192 and I4 for those of you wishing to visit Florida’s beaches.

For those of you who enjoy a game of Golf, there are 2 golf courses within a 5 minute drive, including the newly completed Champions Gate and the Leadbetter School of Golf, plus many more within a 20 mile radius.

For those of you who do not want to go to the parks, the fantastic Lake Louisa is just a 10 minute drive and has lots to offer including many nature trails.  Boggy Creek is 20 minutes drive where you can enjoy an airboat trip to see the alligators.
